Tommy Vikholm

Tommy VikholmTommy provides strategic IP counseling to clients and deals with all matters relating to patents including drafting, prosecution of patent applications, opposition proceedings, infringement and freedom-to-operate investigations. Tommy also provides advice in view of co-operations with external partners and IP-related agreements.

Tommy has drafted and prosecuted numerous patent applications in the chemical and mechanical fields, in particular within the fields of inorganic chemistry, electrodes, electrochemistry, pulp and paper technology, material technology, process technology and chemical engineering.

Before joining Nobeli in 2014, Tommy was employed as an in-house Senior IP Counsel at AkzoNobel. From 1995-1998, Tommy was employed as a technical examiner at the Swedish Patent and Registration Office.

Tommy is a member of the European Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPI) and the Association of IP Professionals in Swedish Industry (SIPF).
